Excellent experience with Property. BG. I’ve bought multiple properties through them, all remotely from abroad, and the process was completely hassle free. They handle everything including dealing with the city, utilities, and taxes, you just give them power of attorney and wire the funds. They also have an in-house layer to oversee everything. Highly recommended, especially for anyone living outside of Bulgaria.

I was very pleased with the apartment and with the way Mr. Kamen welcomed me. He personally came to pick me up by car directly from the bus station to take me to see the seaside apartment in Chayka.
