Yuliana Dimitrova joined LUXIMMO team in 2017. She graduated her secondary education in 30 High school “Brothers Miladinovi” with literature and history. She graduated “Political science” from Sofia university and has a basic knowledge in English.

Since 2001 Yuliana is interested in furnishing and part of his professional experience is as a manager of furniture store. For 7 years Yuliana works on projects with specialized flooring – for schools, kinder gardens, hospitals and sport halls. Since the fall of 2016 she has worked in the real estate field.

At LUXIMMO Yuliana works as a real estate consultant with individual and friendly attitude to each and every client. She is very patient and precise according her work. Yuliana never gives up to follow her goals and difficulties motivate her.

She spends her spare time with her two amazing children and she is keen on clothing design, interior textiles and decorations.

Hello, I, Todor Dimitrov Vasilev and my wife Sofka Grozdeva Grigorova, would like to share with you the pleasure we experienced from our joint work with Juliana Dimitrova. Our joint work started in 2017. with the purchase of a home at Lyulin 10. It is an understatement to say that we felt real pleasure from what she did for us. I actually say collaborative work, which isn't quite the case because everything was done by her, we just had to follow her directions. Everything, really everything, was perfected. What she did for us told us that it would be good to work only with her. Confirmation of this is that we resorted to her services again when buying a new property, again in Lyulin 8. Again, all actions on her part were carried out on the successful completion of the transaction without any problems at all. I can't tell you what a pleasure it is to share any small detail and see her immediate reaction and speed, with which things are resolved as if by themselves. In both cases, every communication between us and the investors went through her, and I don't know how, but she was able to solve all our problems with ease. I think it is quite unnecessary to mention the reason that brought us again to her about renting out the apartments. It would simply be a crime to switch to another broker. Despite everything, we were a little worried about what would happen, since it is one thing to buy a home, and it is quite another to rent it out, especially in a short period of time. Well, now you might think I'm talking nonsense. Can you imagine that we actually had people who wanted to rent our apartment before it was even fully prepared for that? It was not us, but these people who had to wait about twenty days until we fully equipped it and prepared it according to our ideas. This applies to the two apartments that she found for us and with her help we purchased. Well, now dear kind people, You will say: "Well job well done.". But that's not the end. I don't know if there is another realtor like that, but do you imagine that this Julia shows interest all the time and seems to live with us - if we have problems with our apartments, if we have any problems with our tenants. In general, this girl lives with every one of our problems in our apartments. On top of that, she helped us a lot with her friend and your broker in Bansko in the sale of an apartment there. Well, I have described to you all that this girl has done for us and the pleasure we felt in her every intervention. Now it's a bit hard for me to finish since I seem to have described her actions in the best words and nothing is left at the end. Therefore, I would like to conclude by saying that we would not for the world consider working with another broker in the future. There is no such dilemma for us. Whatever we have to do, we will do it only with Juliana. By the way, just to add that although it does not concern us personally, it was done by Julia on our recommendation. Two of our co-operators had properties for rent and became interested in how our homes were rented in a negative time. We advised them to contact our star Yuliana Dimitrova, and although one property was in a rather unfavorable situation, it was surprisingly rented out soon, and the other one, I don't remember exactly, but I think in 5-6 days. This only tells me that even if we assume that she treated us as friends, she helped these people as well. And we actually do not hide that we feel her as a true friend - both her and her family, but our friendship came from her work. We didn't know her before. To Luximo Ltd Dear Mr. Manager, I want to express my complete satisfaction with Yuliana Dimitrova's work, as well as her wonderful attitude towards us as clients. Our partnership began with a view to buying a home on the green. We viewed over 4 locations with upcoming projects as per my requirements. Juliana agreed to the viewings on the weekend, as I did not have the opportunity for such on weekdays. A few months later, I changed my investment strategy and needed an apartment in the center of Sofia, for the purpose of renovation and short-term rental. After several inspections, we found the right apartment in terms of location and price. The transaction went smoothly, quickly and accurately. There was no problem in any way.
