He graduated from the German Language High School “Goethe” in the city of Burgas, and then got his Bachelor’s degree in International Economic Relationships in The Economy University, Varna. After that Hristo got his Master’s Degree in the Institute of Chartered Shipbrokers, London with MICS degree. Hristo speaks excellent German and English, and very good Russian.

During his professional career Hristo developed his skills as a sales associate in the field of foreign trade and furniture manufacture and as a manager of own real estate agency in the town of Burgas. He further has professional experience in the hotels and restaurants industry.

His professional success is associated with sales of apartments and plots of land around the town of Burgas, Sunny Beach resort and the Southern Black Sea coast.

We had our House on the market with Suprimmo Burgas for about a year to no Avail , but then in June 2024 Hristo Valchev took over the acquisition , the property sold quite quickly and Hristo was very professional and very accomodating with every aspect of the very complicated procedure. He was extremely calm throughout the whole process which was quite challenging at times ( Red Tape). I would recommend Hristo everytime.

I am very grateful to the colleagues from the Burgas office of Suprimmo, and especially to Mr. Hristo Valchev, for their help in purchasing an apartment in Chernomorets. With exceptional tact and diplomacy, Mr. Valchev helped us find the way to each other with our sellers. He was by our side at all stages of the transaction and despite the personal misfortune that befell him, he put an end to our two-year "suffering" in the search for the right apartment.
