Hello Mrs. Stoyanova, My name is Stoyan and for several years now I have had the pleasure of knowing Ioana Donkovska and benefiting from her great experience as an agent. We have worked together for the purchase of properties in the Comfort Residence projects in Malinova Dolina, Verde in Hadji Dimitar, and just recently we have acquired a second property in Verde. That's why I decided to contact you even though I believe this feedback is too late! She is quite frankly the biggest professional I know in this field! She is always extremely accessible and informed, but what makes her stand out is her "neutrality" - Joanna does not try to convince you or make a decision for you, but on the contrary - she gives you the pros and cons, without powdered and transparent empty promises, and I leave it up to you to make the informed decision. This inspires confidence in the otherwise not always very transparent relations in the real estate sector.
