Nevena Stoyanova has been the managing director of LUXIMMO since 2017. She started her professional career in the company in 2010, as a broker. In just a few years of hard work, she managed to achieve the highest success in sales and quickly climbed the management structure of the agency and became a partner with her own franchise office. In 2017, she earned the highest managerial position of managing director.
Nevena was born in Stara Zagora. She received her secondary education in the city of Sofia, graduating from a Language High School with advanced studies in English and Spanish. She pursued higher education at the New Bulgarian University majoring in History of Art and the University of National and World Economy majoring in Public Relations.
She gained experience in the field of real estate through her long-term work in a prestigious construction and investment company. She was involved in the overall process of transactions for the purchase and sale of residential, commercial and business premises. She also developed good communication skills and creative thinking through her work as an editor in one of the most famous Bulgarian print media.
Nevena joined LUXIMMO, attracted by the company's correct attitude towards customers and partners, the management team's innovative solutions, as well as the company's overall philosophy and positive image. LUXIMMO office Vishneva, founded by Nevena Stoyanova, is confirmed as the most awarded office in the 15-year history of the company.
In 2018 and 2022 LUXIMMO won the 5-star awards for Best Real Estate Agency in Bulgaria and Nevena Stoyanova accepted the honors at a glamorous gala dinner in London.
Nevena has always worked to expand the portfolio of luxury properties available to Bulgarian buyers, and in 2020, in partnership with her husband Nikola Stoyanov and Count Guillaume de Villiers, opened the first office in Bulgaria of BARNES International Realty.
Nevena Stoyanova is a frequent participant in conferences and forums dedicated to the real estate market and investments, including BalRec and Residential Forum, organized by the renowned publication of construction and architecture The City.
In 2022 she was nominated for the Woman of the Year award in the Business category.
Nevena devotes her free time to sports (fitness, kite-surfing, skiing), art and literature.
