OKINAWA SHOPPING CENTER

A total of 5 retail outlets are positioned in the commercial area of the building. They are organized on 2 levels (except for the smallest outlet, which is on one level). The upper level is located on the ground floor of the building (floor "0"), and the lower level is located on the first underground level of the building (floor "-1"). The two levels are connected by an internal staircase, individual for each outlet. Each of the entrances to the retail outlets is located directly on the ground floor of the building and has direct access from the street. The retail area itself is separated from the entrances to the residential and office parts of the building. The areas of the available stores vary from 106.32 m2 to 259.76 m2, including common areas. The main and larger storefronts of the retail outlets are located on the ground floor, facing the western facade of the building, from Simeonovsko Shose Blvd. The objects also have small storefronts on the other, eastern side of the building, so that visibility to them is available from both long facades of the building (eastern and western facades).
