GENERAL CONDITIONS
• It is not necessary to come to Bulgaria in order to reserve an apartment or sign the preliminary contract.
• Bulgarian company is needed to own an office or shop in ANDROMEDA BUSINESS CENTER.
• All owners who rent out their properties must pay an annual 10% rental income tax.

RESERVATION & AGENCY COMMISSION
Any office or shop in ANDROMEDA BUSINESS CENTER can be reserved by a non-refundable deposit of 5% of the purchasing price, payable by bank transfer to the developer’s bank account. The buyer is expected to sign a preliminary contact with the development company and to pay the first installment within 28 days after reservation.
BulgarianProperties charge 3% agency commission for ANDROMEDA BUSINESS CENTER, payable when the first installment is due.

PAYMENT PLAN

- 5 % reservation deposit (non-refundable)
- 35 % first installment within 28 days after reservation (+ 3% agency commission)
- 30 % second installment 3 months after signing of preliminary contract
- 20 % third installment 20 days after Act 15
- 10 % fifth installment when Certificate for Habitation is granted and ownership is transferred to the buyer

Prices of all ANDROMEDA BUSINESS CENTER offices and shops are with VAT included in the price! The total price paid will be fully indicated on your title deeds. On top of this price you will also need to pay the Notary fees, stamp duty and local tax (approx. 3- 3.5% of the purchase price), chargeable at transfer of ownership.
Every owner of property in Bulgaria pays an annual real estate tax and local communal tax the amount of which depends on the size of the property.
