Payment scheme:

• a deposit of 5,000 euros, which is deducted from the first installment under the Preliminary Agreement;
  
• 10% upon signing a Preliminary Agreement
  
• 20% upon completion of zero cycle and poured slab at elevation 0;
  
• 20% down payment upon signing Act 14;
  
• 20% down payment for installing window frames in the property;
  
• 20% down payment upon signing Act 15;
  
• 10% final payment upon notarization of the property.
  

Payment plan for mortgage financing:
