House of type A - a total size of 357,55 sq.m. built-up area. Each house has 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, one wardrobe room, parking for 4 cars, washing machine room, space for sauna, etc. Each house of this type has 3 floors: basement, first and second floor. In the basement there is: a garage for two cars, technical room, storage rooms and laundry with enough space for clothes drying. On the same level of the basement but in the open there is a parking place in front of the house on the left side of the garage. On the first floor above the basement there is: an entrance-hall, corridor, spacious kitchen with dining room, living room with a fireplace, bedroom for guests (it can be used for an office, cinema hall, etc.), separate bathroom with a toilette and terrace - veranda on the south with a beautiful view towards Vitosha mountain. Technical features

Used construction materials - basement:
• Walls, floors and ceilings - reinforced concrete structure
• Thermal insulation - mineral rock wool on the outside of the basement
• Treatment of internal walls - waterproof breathable plaster or plasterboard, depending on the client's wishes.

For the 1st and 2nd floors
• External and internal partition walls - glued solid wooden beams of Finnish spruce with 18 cm beam thickness, certified according to DIN Euro certificates. Water-based ecological glue is used to bond them. The guarantee of the beams themselves is over 50 years in case of proper operation.

• Processing of the internal walls - inside the walls are left in the natural color of the wooden material. In some of the walls the wood can be covered with gypsum cardboard or wallpaper, on the wish of the future owners

Heating and ventilation
