This high quality holiday villa enjoys a peaceful location with views over Albena resort and the sparkling Black sea. If you are looking for a place where you could spend your family summer vacation, Villa Fiona is the perfect home. The luxury private villa will surprise you with its modern design and well-equipped rooms. When you step outside you will find landscaped garden, small chill out swimming pool and covered BBQ area.

On the ground floor the villa contains a cosy lounge area with TV and coffee table, very well equipped kitchen featuring all modern appliances, indoor dining area with 8 seats, 2 bedrooms – a double and a twin, a separate WC and a large fully fitted shower-room with washing machine. The bespoke kitchen offers refrigerator with freezer, oven, 2 el hobs, extractor, dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine, toaster, el. kettle and all cutlery and utensils to enjoy an abundant family dinner. Just right to the open plan kitchen is the table situated with comfortable 8 seats. Additionally under the covered BBQ area you will find outdoor eating area seating 10 with great view over the sea, fireplace and basin, where the good time with family and friends is guaranteed. The contemporary designed living room has a lounge area with a small coffee table with nicely decorated mirror corner. The ground floor bedrooms contain a chidren bedroom with bunk beds with bright colours painting and a double bedroom with a large bed. The indoor stairs lead to the first floor, where are the three bedrooms – all of them with a double bed – one of which is en-suite with a shower-room. On the same floor you will find the additional pink shower-room with a cubicle, which is shared between the other two bedrooms.

The real advantage of Villa Fiola is situated in the basement of the house – when you go one level under the ground, you will find a private cellar with cosy leather sofas area where you can enjoy your privacy away from the children with a glass of a selected wine. The cellar has a direct access to a small secluded outside area with bamboo chairs and table, if you prefer to relish your drink on a fresh air.

Outside this modern house is surrounded by very well trim garden with lawns and flower beds. There is a south facing sea view verandah with direct access from the living room with table and chairs. In the evenings the stunning view over the enlightened resort of Albena will captivate you. In the private swimming pool sized 3,5 x 3,5 metres guests will chill out after having long day under the hot summer sun. The pool is solely for the use of guests with pool furniture around. Villa Fiona has a wonderful spacious roof terrace with BBQ and appropriate furniture.

By staying in this great holiday home you can combine the advantages of the big summer resort of Albena (beach, shops, restaurants, night life, water sports, children entertainments) with the advantages of the "outside-the-city-life" (privacy, space, garden, your own pool).

Satellite TV and a DVD payer are provided in the living room. CCTV and house security system available. Pool dimensions are: 3,50 x 3.50 x 1.70 m. Four sun chairs and a garden swing available. The house provides an iron, ironing board, clothesline, hairdryer, small safe. Cleaning of pool, garden and house – once a week.

The rental price is for one week stay in the Euro. Minimum stay - 7 nights.

Rental price includes:
