The seaside resort is located only about 30 km north of Varna.

Located in the heart of a prestigious villa area, the house provides comfort for 12 guests who value convenience. The villa has 6 separate bedrooms - one with a double bed on the third floor and five with 2 single beds. Guests have 3 bathrooms (one with a bathtub and two with a shower cabin), a spacious living room combining a fully equipped kitchenette, a dining area, a section with sofas and a laundry room with ironing equipment. On the ground floor there is a veranda, from which an incredible sea view opens. In the well-kept garden of the villa there is a beautiful swimming pool, also with a wonderful view.

Reservation
Villa "Nimfa" can be booked immediately for one week by paying a 400 euro deposit. The remaining amount is payable 6 weeks before the start of your vacation in the villa.

A deposit of 200 euros is required on the day of check-in, which is returned on the day of departure if no damage is found.

The rental price for a one-week stay includes:
• assistance with accommodation;
• cleaning of the villa once a week;
• electricity and water costs;
• satellite TV;
• Internet access
• garden maintenance;
• assistance if needed from the villa manager.

How to rent the property?
If you like the property and decide to rent it, we will be able to prepare a rental agreement with the landlord and present it for approval and signature by both parties.
