Parameters

The plot has an area of 4431 sq.m. and occupies a strip with frontage on the beachfront, with a length of about 70 meters, with the last 1/3 of the plot passing on the second line behind the existing residential building. The property has frontal sea views over the beautiful bay of Lozenets and the picturesque rocky Ambelits Cape.

All necessary infrastructure including electricity, water and sewerage is laid to the borders of the plot. The plot does NOT fall within the 500-meter zone around Coral Beach, in which construction is not allowed.

Currently, the plot has the status of agricultural land, but documents have already been submitted to change the intended purpose of the plot for development, with the proposed development parameters:


  • Maximum density - 25%;
  • Maximum intensity coefficient - 0.5;
  • Height - 5.5 metres.

Note 1): The plot is located OUTSIDE the 500-meter zone around Coral Beach, in which zone no construction is allowed. Therefore, the land can be freely developed after the completion of the initiated regulation procedure.
