The traditionally designed villa is divided into 2 separate buildings, which makes it very functional. The main house of the villa is divided into two levels. Entering the main house, you enter on the ground floor, which leads to a bright living room and open-plan dining room and kitchen with windows overlooking the pool, sea and neighboring islands. On this level of the house there is a fully equipped kitchen and a dining table with all the amenities to plan every meal during the day. There is also a family bathroom with a shower on the floor.

Upper level:
Through the internal staircase you climb to the first level of the house, where there are two bedrooms and a family bathroom with shower and double sinks for the convenience of all. One bedroom is equipped with a double bed, ideal for couples, and the other bedroom acts as a double bedroom for children. The bedrooms, whose windows face the sea end of the property, are filled with natural light and flashes of sailing boats sweeping across the Ionian Sea. The entire interior of the house and each room are equipped with air conditioning for those warm Greek summer days.

Lower level:
The master bedroom of Villa Anemus in Lefkada is accessible from an external staircase from the outside of the main house just below the pool area. This is a separate building with its own outdoor seating area with sea views. This is a very spacious area with a double bed and a private bathroom.
