Renovated building with architectural and cultural value in the heart of the city.

Architect Nikola Lazarov is one of the most famous architects in the second half of the XIX century and early XX century in Bulgaria.

He was born on 01.04.1870 in Karlovo. Architect Nikola Lazarov graduated with honors "ECOIE Speziale Architekture" in Paris. One of his most famous projects in Bulgaria are:
- Theatre "Stoyan Bachvarov" in Varna;
- House Petko Bakardjiev in the Sea garden of Varna;
- The Economic University in Varna;
- The Library in Ruse;
- Building of the agriculture ministry in Sofia;
- Central Military Club in Sofia;
- The main building of the palace of Vranja.
- Together with architect Hermann Maier they have completed Evksinograd palace;

Basic parameters:

The building is wired and there is indoor and outdoor video surveillance. Wiring for Internet, telephone, cable TV are provides as well.

Electrical installation: the building is supplied with 200 kw electricity power.

Elevator: capacity 6 persons, designed for disabled people as well.

Fence: stone with panels of wrought iron.

Portal: wrought iron, height - 2.60 m, width 2.40 m.

Plot: 100 sq.m, covered with paving slabs from natural limestone (production Belgium).

Roof: roof on the slopes of the building is made of zinc sheet (99% zinc and 1% titanium) production of the Austrian company RHEINZINK.

The facade is new but the old elements were restored with ALBARIA INTONACO and ALBARIA INIEZIONE 100 solution resembling the old Roman cement.

All additional reconstruction is done with high quality materials.
