Reservation Procedure

You could reserve an apartment in the Evksinograd Complex immediately by providing a non-refundable deposit of 3% of the price, payable in cash, by credit card (VISA, MasterCard) or bank transfer to the bank account of the developer. Upon paying the deposit the apartment will be reserved for the period of 7 days and after that the buyer will have to sign the preliminary contract and to pay the next installment according to the payment plan.

Our agency charges 3% agency commission (but not less than 1 000 euro) for the Sunny Dream Apartments, payable at the time of signing of the Preliminary Contract.

• 87% upon signing of the Preliminary Contact
• 10% upon full completion of the project and receiving Permission of Use (Notary Act 16)
