The house is newly built, externally insulated, with multiple units PVC window frames. The adjoining land plot is 500 sq.m. The house is two storey, with a built up area of 200 sq.m. From the second floor there is a beautiful sea view. The heating is local, provided by a large boiler plus there are two air-conditioners in a living room and in a bedroom. The house is unfurnished. Though all the necessary appliances are installed in the kitchen. Bathrooms and WCs are equipped with Jacuzzi and shower cabins.

The house can be reserved by paying a deposit of one month rent. On the day of arrival a refundable deposit is due amounting of the monthly rent.

The rental price does not include the cost of consumables: electricity, water, cable TV and Internet.
