The area of the Sea Garden is one of the best to live in! The park environment has all kind of attractions, along with fresh air and greenery. The advantage of the area is that it is simultaneously close to the center of the city, but at the same time isolated from the hustle and bustle. The local beaches are also right next to the Sea Garden.

The structure was finished in April 2007 and there are mostly hotels and villas around. The situation of the building is strategic, because in the close proximity to it, many hypermarkets are found, such as: “Piccadilly Park”, a petrol station of “Shell”, many restaurants, Villa “Roma”, and the complex of “Horizon”.
