Just as you enter the most famous Bulgarian seaside resort of the Golden Sands, you find yourself in a lavish oak park, surrounding the Park Hotel “Kini”. The hotel was built in 1958 and fully refurbished in 2002. The complex consists of the main building and the annex, connected by roofed walkway, altogether providing 170 hotel rooms. The main building also houses the rest of the hotel facilities, described below. To the front of the building there is a large outdoor swimming pool with a kid’s pool and children’s playground. The rear of the premises provides private car park for up to 30 cars, a large storage space which houses laundry and service facilities.

This property may be reserved immediately by providing a non-refundable deposit of 2000 Euro, payable by credit card (VISA, MasterCard) or bank transfer. Upon paying the deposit the property will be reserved for the period of 14 days and after that the buyer will have to sign the preliminary contract.
The Agency’s commission is due to be settled upon signing of the Preliminary Contract.
Additional expenses for notary, state and municipal taxes might reach up to 6% of the sales price.
