The city of Varna is built over an area of two hundred square kilometers in the northern part of the Bulgarian coast. Both of these cities - always hurrying and forever peaceful - these are two absolutely true faces of the same Varna. Just as any major metropolis, this city has its heart, which defines its own rhythm and way. Grand Hotel "London" is located in the very heart of Varna. One of its facades is facing north to the pedestrian zone with many shopping centers, shops, banks and offices of mobile operators. The other façade faces south, Varna’s seaport.

The hotel was built in 1912 by architect Dabco Dabkov, also known by such buildings as the Varna’s Economical Institute and the cinema "Ranko." The hotel was completely renovated in the period from 2002 to 2004.
The title:
The historical name of the hotel - "London", has changed over the years. With the revival of the hotel in july 2004, its name was changed to "Musala Palace." Since 2010 to this day the official name sounds like "Grand Hotel London." The area of the land on which the hotel is built is 429 sq.m. The built-up area of the hotel: 3,000 sq.m.

The second overground floor: there is a restaurant accessable by the staircase from the lobby bar; the hotel part leads to a small storage room and a service room equipped with video surveillance system and a server.
