All of the apartments in Panorama Beach Complex are facing south with panoramic views to the Black Sea and to the centre of Byala. This is probably the best offer on the Black Sea coast presently. TECHNICAL DESCRIPTION OF THE BUILDINGS

I. CONSTRUCTION

• Iron-concrete construction of the main building and the houses
• Each section of the main building has a foundation concrete floor slab with concrete of 60 cm width
• Brick separating walls
• The roof is covered with ceramic roof-tiles
• On the outside the buildings are heat insulated with 6 cm wide heat insulation covering and plaster mineral

II. STAIRWAYS AND CORRIDORS

• The balconies and the stairways are covered with highly resistant to wearing off “granitogress” granite tiles

III. LIFTS

• Each section has its own elevator of the Spanish brand “ Orona”. The lifts go to every floor and have:
