The luminaires at the entrance to the house as well as in the outdoor parking spaces will operate with a presence sensor. All provisions for the potential connection of a simple lighting automation and control system (COCKPIT - SMART AUTOMATION SYSTEM) will be installed in the automation system.
• Sockets - the number and location of the outlets are consistent with the design and internal layout of the house. All electrical components (sockets, local switches, etc.) will be white with a Bitichino Classia plastic coating.
• Full conditions for connection to any telecommunications service provider via high-speed fiber optic cables.
• The entire interior is wired for a security alarm system and a video surveillance system. At the entrance to the house there will be a point for future installation of an alarm siren.
• The house will be connected to a central water supply.
• A biological wastewater treatment plant will also be installed. The treated water will be discharged for drainage.
• The walls of the building - according to architectural drawings and external cladding: natural stone, etalbond and external plaster;
• Parking lot floor - monolithic coating, balconies and terraces - cold-resistant granite tiles;
• Interior walls - at the plaster stage, floor: at the screed stage;
