Reservation Fee and Agency Commission

Any apartment in Residential Building “Film Centre” can be reserved immediately with a non-refundable deposit of 5 % of the purchase price paid by credit card (VISA, MasterCard) or bank transfer to the bank account of the company. In a period of 28 days after paying the reservation fee, the buyer should sign and preliminary contract with the investor company, as well as pay the first installment. The agency charges a 3% agency commission calculated on the purchase price of the apartment. The commission is payable to the bank account of the agency, along with the payment of the first installment

Payment Plan

- 5 % reservation fee
- 45 % first installment after signing the preliminary contract (+ 3% agency commission)
- 20 % second installment when Act 14 is issued
- 20 % third installment when Act 15 is issued
- 10 % fourth installment when a Certificate for Habitation is issued
