A heat-insulated chimney for a fireplace is provided in each living room.

• Ventilation: individual ventilation ducts for kitchens, exhausting air over the roof; individual fans for bathrooms and wet rooms.
• Electrical installations: three-phase power supply with a full set of protection and residual current circuit breakers; optical cables to the low-current switchboard; provision for photovoltaic panels on the roof.
• Plumbing: water meters with remote reading; thermally insulated water lines; soundproofed three-layer sewer pipes with anti-odor valves and 50 mm water traps. The building has its own wastewater treatment plant, connected to the city sewer network.
Access and security
Separate access for pedestrians and cars. Spacious ventilated elevator with access to all levels. Video intercom system, access control and 24-hour video surveillance around the perimeter, in the common areas and in the parking lot.
