• Wienerberger bricks will be used for the interior and exterior masonry;
  
• the joinery is a 7-chamber PVC profile system with triple glazing and glass selection according to individual customer requirements.

Terms and payment schemes:
12 months from the signing of the preliminary contract:

• 30% on prior agreement;
