The project offers a secure and flexible payment scheme, as upon signing a preliminary contract the prices are fixed and not subject to indexation. Assistance is possible for mortgage lending on preferential terms through partner banks, as well as assistance in selecting contractors for finishing works.
Construction is scheduled to begin in December 2025, with an expected Act 14 in August 2026, Act 15 in May 2027, and commissioning with Act 16 in January 2028. The project has secured financing, which guarantees its completion within the set deadlines.
