One building is a completely restored brick two-story house with a veranda of 80 sq.m, 100-year-old authentic beams, open ceilings, and flooring - now rare red pine, antique cupboards, and organic water-based plasters. In this part of the villa, there are 4 bedrooms, an equipped kitchen, and two bathrooms with toilets. It is designated as an area for good sleep, rest, and relaxation, soundproofed with high-quality joinery.

The second part of the villa is a converted barn into a spacious living room with a fireplace of 100 sq.m, an equipped kitchen with an island and bar stools, a massive dining table, comfortable sofas, armchairs, side tables, a toilet and a separate bedroom with a bathroom and toilet. This part is convenient for holding events, as it is separated from the restrooms.

In front of the living room, right next to the pool, there is a large veranda covered with a removable vinyl-covered pergola, a massive table for 20 people, and two corners with rattan furniture, a children's corner with a trampoline, slide, swing, electric strollers, and many toys.

In the shadiest part of the yard there is convenient parking for 8-10 cars.

Pets are allowed, but under certain conditions and at an additional cost.
