• wooden roof structure on reinforced concrete frames with a slope of 25°; IKO Armor Shield Plus bitumen shingles, Kronospan 18 mm OSB boards, diffusion foil and 12 cm mineral wool between the wooden ribs; vapor barrier membrane;
• VELUX dormer window;
• clear height of the basement – 2.45 m;
• clear height on the first level – 2.67 m;
• clear height on the second level – from 2.50 m to 3.95 m;
• walls and ceilings with gypsum plaster;
• bathrooms with plumbing installations up to the plug;
• reinforced concrete slabs with a thickness of 12 cm in the basement, 15 cm on the first level and 18 cm on the second level.

Construction stage (as of May 2026):
• houses 1, 2, 3 and 4 have completed structures, masonry, facades and internal installations;
• installation of glass railings and completion of landscaping of individual yards is pending;
• houses 5 and 6 are in an active construction process;
• before Act 15;
• Act 16 planned by the end of 2026.
