Location
At the beginning of the last century Balchik was an aristocratic Romanian resort. History
The architectural phenomenon in Balchik - Villa Storii was built by Frederick Stork - a descendant sculptor, naturalized Romanian of German origin, and his wife Cecilia Kutsescu Stork - a famous artist from the first half of the XX century, studied in Munich and Paris, the first in Europe. at the State Academy of Arts. The villa was erected before the summer residence of the Romanian Queen Maria to be an artistic hub and summer school for talented children. It was decorated with works of the owners, sculptures of Frederick and murals of Tsicilia. The artistic family spent the summer months in the city, and the Stork villa was one of the first colonist villas in Balchik.

Condition
Built on the Balchik coast after Dobrudja's accession to Romania in 1919, the building is a cultural monument of local importance. It was decorated with exquisite sculptures and beautiful murals, but has not been maintained for a long time. The "Little Palace", as it was called, needs restoration to restore its splendor and splendor
