The concept of the hotel is original, a large building with only 20 boutique rooms for a peaceful rest: 9 spacious rooms on the ground floor, of which two are for people in difficult and disadvantaged situations, 9 apartments on the first floor and 2 romantic rooms with a mezzanine on the second floor, suitable for families with children. The rooms are 43, 59 and 73 sq m in size, each has a bathroom and a balcony facing the pool. Each of the rooms is furnished with an LCD TV, Internet, telephone, safe, mini bar, air conditioning, large bathroom with shower. There are 2 staircases, a home office and a conference room. On the first floor there is a separate, fully equipped apartment with two bedrooms.

The hotel has its own asphalt roads, a private parking lot with a capacity for 14 cars, which provides hassle-free access and a parking solution as well as for larger groups using the conference room or for wedding receptions, yoga retreats or workshops.
