The apartment also has an armored front door in accordance with all apartments in the residence. All doors in the apartment are made of quality MDF.

High-class materials were used in the construction of the building, including all external and partition walls with Wienerberger bricks, high sound insulation, machine-applied plaster and smooth plaster. All walls in the apartment are brick - solid, no drywall is used, except in places with inspection openings. The windows of all apartments in the building are made of aluminum Elvial windows from the renowned manufacturer Kristian Neiko, with window sills made of natural stone.
