Each of the houses has three floors, distributed as follows:

• On the first floor, there is a glazed veranda, the windows of which can be completely opened in the summer, and goes out to the yard, a living room with a kitchen, a toilet;
  
• On the second floor there is one bedroom with an adjoining bathroom with toilet, two more bedrooms and a separate bathroom with toilet;
  
• The third floor is slanted and is a common room with three beds - 140/200.
  

There is an independent adjoining yard space of 150 m².

The property offers a modern interior, with quality equipment, with everything you need for the most comfortable stay.

Rental conditions:

• price per night - BGN 1,500 (does not change for the summer);
  
• minimum 5 nights;
  
• deposit in the amount of one night;
  
• damage deposit in the amount of BGN 500 is paid in advance upon booking;
  
• the change up to 7 days before check-in is with the return of the deposits;
  
• the change in the period of less than 7 days - the deposit for the night is not refunded, only the deposit for the damages;
  
• capacity 9-11 people;
  
• no pets allowed;
  
• there is an option for self-accommodation;

How to rent the property?
