Description of the business:
In the outbuilding to the main three-storey building there are: widening of the existing warehouses on the first and second floors, as well as administrative offices for the company's needs. Storage facilities are envisaged for storage of textiles. For proper functioning and loading the warehouses has been built a broad staircase and there is a freight elevator with a size of 150/200 sm.

At the beginning of the administrative sector, at the entrance of the building were built a control room and a premise for guards. There is façade with insulation of the entire building, including outbuildings and additional storey.

The industrial building is situated on a flat terrain, facing an asphalt road in the village of Stob, Kocherinovo municipality, Kyustendil region. Stob is located 15 km away from Blagoevgrad. The village has well-developed and maintained infrastructure, with communication and transport favourable location, well organized transportation - every hour.

Above the village are situated the famous Stob Pyramids, which are among the most beautiful rock formations in Bulgaria. They are included in the list of the 100 national tourist sites.
