Plan of construction

The construction of Keele House starts at the end of summer 2015. The existing office building which is currently onsite will be completely redesigned and fitted. The completion date for the apartments is in August 2016, with the possible students occupation from September 2016.


A studio apartment at Keele House can be reserved immediately with a non-refundable deposit of 5000 GBP, payable by credit card or by bank transfer. Upon paying the deposit the apartment will be reserved for the period up to the signing of the preliminary contract - within 28 days.
No agency commission is charged.
