This typical alpine style hotel was built in 1972. It was completely renovated in 2000. Since then it has been operated with regular improvements and refreshments every few years. It is categorized with 3 stars. The capacity of the hotel is for about 90 tourists that can be accommodated in 41 hotel rooms: 38 double rooms (8 of them with bunk beds), 2 single rooms and 1 suite. All rooms have private bathroom with WC. Additional 6 staff rooms are available.

The hotel features a reception, a lobby bar with 26 seats and a restaurant with 106 seats indoors, as well as seats to the restaurant on the outdoor terrace. The restaurant is open for breakfast and dinner. A large SPA center with hot pools and various treatments is located near the hotel, and can be used by hotel guests for a fee.

There are 20 outdoor parking spaces located next to the hotel, as well as 4 indoor parking spaces in the public underground parking of the resort town.

The 5-storey hotel is with a total built-up area 2683 sq.m., of which 2203 sq.m. are above ground and 480 sq.m. are on the basement.

The hotel is currently fully operational and open during the winter and summer seasons, closing only briefly between seasons. In most years, the hotel generates a profit. In the last 2 seasons, given the Covid situation, the hotel has managed to fully cover its costs.

The hotel is offered for sale in the condition in which it can be seen in the photos, all together with the whole personnel. The staff and a manager of the hotel is ready to stay and work after agreement and the change of owner. All equipment, furniture, licenses and categorization are included in the price.
