Managing director of LUXIMMO Nevena Stoyanova is a guest of Bulgaria ONAir magazine with analyzes of the last year and the new tendencies in the property market, the new expectations and ecological problems that effect buying a property.
Nevena Stoyanova says the market is bigger than what official figures show. According to her we cannot speak of a boom on the market, but both prices and number of transactions are now close to pre-crisis levels.
LUXIMMO' s customer profile Nevena describes as various - people who think that the European capitals are a good place for investments; local customers who are looking for vacation properties in nice, warm countries like Italy, Spain and Greece, and foreigners who move to Bulgaria because of the nice four season climate and the good quality of life at a low price.
Customers vary in their preferences and it's hard to pigeonhole them. The important things are undoubtedly location, spacious rooms, natural light, the other residents in the building... What 2017 identified as a trend in the luxury segment is that people are increasingly paying attention to air quality.
This year LUXIMMO celebrated its 10th birthday and the past years Nevena considers balanced and extremely successful for the company. Read the whole interview in The inflight magazine Bulgaria ONAir.
