I liked one apartment, but since I had no experience of shopping in Bulgaria, naturally I had huge doubts, but after contacting the agent Paolina Zhelyazkova, I calmed down a little, I bought the apartment almost online, without a preliminary viewing, since there was no time for this.
Paolina provided all the information, after transferring the 2000 € security deposit, the process of paperwork began, we set a date for registering the transaction with the notary Snezhana Kolevichin (a whole novel could be written about Snezhana separately, a very nice woman and an excellent notary).
During the entire process, which was almost 2 months, Paolina kept her finger on the pulse and constantly contacted me or answered my questions.
