Luximmo Finest Estates is officially one of the best real estate agencies in Europe

On the 25th of October at Lancaster Hotel, London were held the 25th European Property Awards part of International Property Awards. The forum is the largest, most prestigious and widely recognised programme throughout the region. Every year professionals from the fields of architecture, design, property development and real estate are honoured for their achievements in the different categories.

The European Property Awards are judged by an independent panel of 80 industry experts. Judging focuses on design, quality, service, innovation, originality, and commitment to sustainability.

The judging panel is chaired by Lord Caithness, Lord Best, The Earl of Liverpool, and Lord Thurso, members of the House of Lords in the UK Parliament.

Luximmo Finest Estates became the first Bulgarian real estate agency to be honoured with three awards - best real estate agency in Bulgaria, 5-star winner in Real Estate and International Nominee which qualifies Luximmo for the global awards that will be held on the 3th of December in Hotel Savoy, London.

The awards were received by Nicola Stoyanov, founder and owner of Luximmo Finest Estates, Nevena Stoyanova, managing director and Ralitsa Karadzhova, communications specialist.
