The property is located in Borovets-yug, only 10 km from the center of Varna. In the neighborhood are some of the wildest and cleanest beaches on the Northern Black Sea coast - Fichoza and Pasha Dere.

The house is spacious and very functional, suitable for accommodating more people, offering both privacy and pleasant summer moments by the pool or on the outdoor barbecue, where everyone can have fun together.

The house has a cozy, open and spacious living room with a fully equipped kitchen. On the first floor there are three bedrooms, a bathroom and a separate toilet. Up the stairs, which lead to an internal terrace overlooking the living room and the second floor of the house, there are two separate bedrooms with a shared bathroom and toilet. There is also another living room with sofas and TV, suitable as a games room.

During the active summer season 01.05 - 30.09, the house can be rented for a minimum of 5 nights.

Exceptions are the cases in which you would like to rent the house for the purpose of organizing an event - a minimum of 2 nights, after prior confirmation.
