The collection of modern houses form a distinctive complex with a minimalist design, with its own leisure facilities, such as a summer kitchen, lounge and barbecue area for common use, outdoor summer shower in each house.

They are also rented long-term, with the price being negotiated additionally.

The villa is air-conditioned, on two levels, with a frontal view of the beach and the sea:

• first level - living room with sofa bed, bathroom with toilet;

Viewings

How to rent the property?
If you like the property and decide to rent it, we will be able to prepare a rental agreement with the landlord and present it for approval and signature by both parties. The usual practice is to prepay one rent for the first month and to leave a guarantee deposit to the landlord to the amount of one month's rent.
