"Gorna Traka" is a district of Varna, located along the entire route of the main road between the district of Briz and Golden Sands, north of the Euxinograd residence and the resort of Saint Saint Constantine and Elena, and borders the district of Vinnytsia.

"Trakata" is among the most expensive neighborhoods in Bulgaria, an area with a well-developed social and transport infrastructure, with shops, a hospital, a post office and restaurants. Its close proximity to the sea and the resorts, as well as the mild climate, good communications and infrastructure, make it one of the most sought-after places to live in Varna.

The complex of houses is located on an area of 2,500 square meters and consists of four two-story houses, a tavern, a large outdoor pool and a well-kept garden. There is a video surveillance system. How to rent the property?
