"Gorna Traka" is a district of Varna, located along the entire route of the main road between the Briz district and Golden Sands, north of the Evksinograd residence and the resort of Saints Constantine and Helena and borders the Vinitsa district.

"Trakata" is among the most expensive neighborhoods in Bulgaria, an area with a well-developed social and transport infrastructure, with shops, a hospital, a post office and restaurants. Its close proximity to the sea and resorts, as well as the mild climate, good communications and infrastructure, make it among the most sought-after places to live in Varna.
