Renting price
The renting price of the apartment is 500 Euro per month and it does not include:
- the utility expenses for electricity, water, cable TV and Internet;
- fees for maintenance of the common parts.

The agency commission for long-term rental period is one-time 50% of the monthly rental price, payable at the time of signing of the Rental Contract.
