RENTAL PRICE AS PER PERIOD OF STAY
• 420 Euros for long period of stay (minimum 12 months), with damage deposit of 500 Euros
• 600 Euros for short period of stay (minimum 2 months), with damage deposit of 300 Euros

The rental price does not include the cost of consumables: electricity, water, cable TV and Internet.
