The resort’s construction began almost a century ago, in 1908, and the origin purpose of the resort was to host patients ill with tuberculosis. The resort is named after the nearby St. Constantine and Elena Monastery, built at the beginning of the 18th century. You could reserve this 2-bedroom apartment in St. Constantine and Helena Resort, Varna immediately by providing a non-refundable deposit of 2000 EUR, payable by credit card (VISA, MasterCard) or bank transfer to the bank account of the developer. Upon paying the deposit the apartment will be reserved for the period of 14 days and after that the buyer will have to sign the preliminary contract and to pay the next installment according to the payment plan.

The apartment comes with percentage of the land it is built on. Thus the clients will need to set up a Bulgarian Ltd. company. This company will buy the property and will own the land.
