• kitchen (refrigerator, oven with ceramic hot plates, extractor hood, kitchen table with two chairs, dishwasher, leather sofa), air conditioning in the living room;
  
• two bathrooms (monoblock, shower cabin, sink with mirror);
  
• laundry room with washing machine with dryer.
  

Maintenance fee for the building is 30 euros per month.

Two Deposits for Damage are due on the day of accommodation.

How to rent the property?
