You could reserve any of these houses in the Vinitsa district of Varna immediately by providing a non-refundable deposit of 2000 EUR, payable by credit card (VISA, MasterCard) or bank transfer to the bank account of the developer. Upon paying the deposit the house will be reserved for the period of 14 days and after that the buyer will have to sign the preliminary contract and to pay the next installment according to the payment plan.

The houses come with percentage of the land they are built on. Thus the clients will need to set up a Bulgarian Ltd. company. This company will buy the property and will own the land.
