We offer you a holiday home situated in the popular Bulgarian resort, Golden Sands.

Golden sands - the biggest summer resort on the North coast of Bulgaria with glorious scenery, wooded hillsides sweeping down to meet one of the world's most beautiful beaches and the blue sparkling sea. The beach is 3.5 km long and its width is up to 100 m in some places. With the average temperature of the air is 27° C and that of the water 24° C, Golden sands is the right place for sea- and sunbaths from May to October. Distanced only 18 km from Varna city and about 25 km from the international airport, the resort offers great variety of entertainments for all ages - parents with children, youths, elderly.

Holiday home “Izvor” is a complex of two buildings four-storey hotel (area of 2100 sq.m) with a mezzanine area and a one-storey building (area of 650 sq.m) restaurant interconnected transition. There is a warehouse and garage adjacent to the restaurant.
The hotel was built in 1970 - reinforced concrete construction with supporting structure filled with brick. In 2009, a specialized construction and engineering company of Varna made complete engineering survey of bearing structures of the building . Official reports of the inspection were signed, with the following conclusions: the building is suitable for further use, does not require amplification and repair of structure and walls.

Most of the rooms are overlooking the sea, with stunning views from the balconies.

All hotel rooms are double or triple, with en-suite bathroom in each room. There is a room for housekeeping personnel on every floor. Reception and Manager’s office are located on the ground floor . The restaurant features panoramic windows and marble floor. Buildings require some renovation, restaurant kitchen equipment has to be replaced . There is a separate autonomous transformer (400 Kw) in the property. There is a a large boiler room, supplying for the capacity of the property . Trunk water supply and sewerage.

RESERVATION
This property may be reserved immediately by providing a non-refundable deposit of 2000 Euro, payable by credit card (VISA, MasterCard) or bank transfer. Upon paying the deposit the property will be reserved for the period of 14 days and after that the buyer will have to sign the preliminary contract.
The Agency’s commission is due to be settled upon signing of the Preliminary Contract.
Additional expenses for notary, state and municipal taxes might reach up to 6% of the sales price.
