RESERVATION PROCEDURE
You could reserve a property in this complex immediately by providing a non-refundable deposit of 3% of the price, payable by cash, by credit card or via bank transfer. Upon paying the deposit the property will be reserved for the period of 7 days and after that the buyer will have to sign the preliminary contract and to pay the next installment according to the payment plan listed below.
Luximoti charges 3% agency commission, payable when the first installment is due.
Payment plan
• 80% upon signing the preliminary contract;
• 20% upon closing the deal and receiving the Notary Deed, but no later than 01.05.2010
