In the autumn of 2012 the hotel received an award from the Bulgarian Association of Hotel and Restaurant Management.

The hotel is designed and functional, offers : a stylish lobby with reception, restaurant with outdoor terrace, outdoor pool, underground garage, 33 double rooms (30 standard and 3 - luxury) with an unforgettable sea view, and in clear weather you can see Cape Kaliakra. Their furniture is a special design for the hotel, creates warmth and coziness and at the same time - a feeling of comfort and luxury.

The whole hotel is designed, and all rooms have a sea view. There is a possibility for the hotel to work all year round, with 3 methods of heating: solar panels on the roof, gas (there is no gas supply in the area). There is a central sewer.
