The thermal insulation and roof coverings of the external walls and the roof are provided with characteristics so as to provide maximum protection of the premises from cooling in winter and overheating in summer. The ventilated facade provides an additional air layer that allows the "breathing" of the outer walls. The heating of the premises in winter is solved by means of water floor heating connected to an individual heat source of gas. The building will also have piping for air conditioning through multisplit systems. The internal partition walls are made of ceramic elements, and those between the individual apartments are a "sandwich" of two bricks of different thickness, stone wool and soundproofing membrane. Such a membrane is also provided on the floors before the screed, creating the so-called "floating floor".

All facilities ensuring the climatic comfort of the building - gas boilers, which are included in the price, outdoor units of air conditioners and others, are located in places away from everyday access - common areas and roof. The installations in the plumbing part are made with a system - "silent pipes".

There is a possibility for finishing works in the apartments after preparing an individual interior design.
