The building is made of a massive reinforced concrete structure with beamless slabs, washers in one direction and frames in the other direction. Large support spaces were used to avoid free-standing columns. The floors inside and outside are on the same level. The outer sun protection is made of a specialized white glass fiber canvas with a polymer coating. The windows are an aluminum single slide system with lift, hidden frame of the fixed panels and high-tech triple glazing.

Common areas have a polished concrete floor and exposed concrete ceiling and walls. The foyer and staircase are paved with oversized stone slabs, painted walls and exposed concrete ceiling. The mesh of the railings is made of stainless steel. Each apartment on the upper levels is accessed by lift or stairs via the stairwell connected to the lobby. For the comfort and security of the residents, the building has security and a porter.

The level with the garage is dug into the slope of the terrain, but with natural light and a view of the forest. Through it, the communication between the entrance ramp and the lobby takes place.
